Dan Sur underwent a unique procedure by surgically implanting gold chains into his head. To be more precise, he had hooks implanted in his head to allow for the hanging of the gold chains.
The shiny hooks, crafted from gold and silver, were placed under his skin on his skull. He uses them to hang his fancy gold chains and show off his cool style.
The rapper had a super strange surgery in April 2021. He’s really popular on TikTok and he let everyone know what happened.
He explained how the head chains function, mentioning, “I have a hook that’s placed in my head, and that hook has smaller hooks attached to it, all connected to my skull, beneath my skin.”

It looks like he wants to try something unique, and he doesn’t want anyone to imitate him.
It makes sense to be cautious about this because a surgeon named Dr. Frank Agullo has spoken out about the dangers of putting things in your head. When you break the skin, it can let bacteria in, which might harm your skull or even your brain.
He was worried about how much weight the hooks were holding. If something pulled on the chains by mistake, it could break the skull and knock the hook loose.
Plus, we can’t forget that even though he can take off the chains, he still has hooks sticking out of his head. Those hooks could really mess up his hair for good because they damage the hair roots.
